Every question, answered
Why is there a build fee at all?
Because the monthly engine only compounds on solid foundations. Schema, llms.txt, entity work, Search Console: that's a three-day deployment, not a monthly task. Paying for it once means your subscription money goes on forward motion, not catch-up.
What if I just want the build?
Buy it on its own, £497 + VAT, no subscription. You get the free 90-day re-scan either way. Most people who see their re-scan ask about the monthly at that point, and joining then is fine too.
Can I really pause or cancel anytime?
Yes. No minimum, no lock-in, no exit call. One honest expectation though: AI engines take 60 to 90 days to re-crawl and update their recommendations, so month one can't show movement and most members stay at least three months, because that's when the trend becomes visible. We'd rather you stay because it's working than because a contract says so.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep everything. The pages live on your site, the schema stays deployed, the reviews are yours, the reports are yours. Nothing is held hostage. The only thing that stops is the forward motion.
What does "published for you" actually mean?
We draft from real customer questions gathered that month, you approve, we publish to your CMS with the right schema attached. You review; you don't write.
Can't I just write content with ChatGPT myself?
You can, and some owners do. What you can't easily do yourself is know WHICH questions to answer this month (we harvest them from live sources), format answers the way AI engines measurably reward, keep the technical layer valid, and score it all against a 100-question baseline. The writing was never the hard part.
I already pay for SEO. Isn't this the same thing?
Related, not the same. SEO is about ranking on a results page people scroll. This is about being one of the three or four names an AI says out loud when someone asks for a recommendation. The overlap is real, but the signals AI engines lean on (entity clarity, third-party presence, question-shaped answers) are mostly not what an SEO retainer works on.
Do you guarantee results?
No, and be careful with anyone who does: AI engines run on inputs nobody controls. What we guarantee is the work, delivered and listed in your report every month, and the same 100-question scan run against your baseline so the trend is visible. If the number isn't moving, you'll see that too, and we'll say so.
Who actually does the work?
Peter, with the platform doing the heavy lifting. No juniors, no account managers between you and the person doing the work. The platform automates the scanning, harvesting and drafting; the judgment and the publishing are human.
